Simple Concept
Quick framing: One spreadsheet goes in on the left (NetSuite), one on the right (vendor).
We build one bridge sheet in the middle that uses lookups to match items, bring in prices,
and flag anything that needs a quick review.
How matching works
- Exact match: Vendor Style # = NetSuite Item / Name.
- Variant: Vendor Style # matches the part after “:” in the NetSuite name (example 330059:330059-R-080).
- Review only: Fuzzy text matches are just flagged for human review.
What the bridge shows
- Internal ID for NetSuite.
- New Cost (using 5% off wholesale when available).
- New Sale Price (MAP, otherwise MSRP).
- UPC action (keep, overwrite, or check mismatch).
- Discontinued? flags items missing from the vendor sheet.
