Dear Azariah, Sarah and HR Leadership,
I hope all is well. I am writing to address a critical issue regarding my current inability to access essential corporate systems and applications while on disability leave. As you are aware, and I have stated and repeated requests, I'm without critical access to key systems and information.
Despite multiple requests and notifications about my access issues, I still do not have the necessary access to various systems crucial for my role and personal circumstances. These systems include, but are not limited to, email (Outlook Cox corporate mail), Microsoft Teams messaging, Workday (payroll time absence disability management and much more) ICE - performance, records and compliance)and the corporate website for benefits coordination and complete employee responsibilities. each of these systems support and help me to get critical access during this period, as I coordinate my family's healthcare needs and well-being during a crisis.
It is customary and has been provided to my peers in similar situations to have access to these systems remotely. There are precedents and a good record of such accommodations being made. Therefore, I expect nothing less in my case.
I kindly request immediate action to grant me the required access to these systems to fulfill my responsibilities effectively and manage my benefits and healthcare requirements adequately.
