The Complainant is a pro se party, a single father and grandparent, who is making every effort to comply with all procedural and legal requirements, and to present the truth in support of the rights protected by federal law and the mission of the agencies sworn to safeguard protected activity.

The Complainant respectfully requests that all agencies, respondents, and counsel preserve the full record, refrain from any procedural shortcuts, and ensure that all communications, evidence, and filings are entered into the permanent record and transmitted to all relevant oversight bodies.
