Learn how to navigate in ICE 5.0

ICE manages the work order entry processes so you can focus on the customer.

ICE knows which service codes, package codes, and campaign codes are required based on the products and services you select - no need to memorize and you don't have to enter these codes yourself!
ICE also adds the correct equipment codes based on your equipment selections. And you'll only be able to select equipment that pairs with the products and services you select
ICE also notifies you if the customer's old equipment isn't compatible what new product selections
When using ICE to automate your work order, you never have to manually enter service codes, package codes, or campaign codes to ICOMS and all order entry (OHC) rules and prerequisites are embedded so that you don't have to remember them

The Billing tab provides current and past billing and campaign information. The Billing tab is divided into three subtabs:

Section	Function
Monthly Recurring Charges Graph	The graph provides an at-a-glance view of the customer's bill history over a 9-month rolling cycle. Hovering over each monthly rate provides you with CRO - Yes/No, CAP Active - Yes/No, and Service Agreement Roll Off - Yes/No.
Current Statement	The portal provides a view of the amount due, due date, and account status. The option to make a payment, issue one time credit, change delivery method, or resend statement can be performed here. Click > next to statement to view the following: Past Due Amount Easy Pay (Inactive / Active) Bill Day Delivery Option Paperless (Yes / No) Languaage eBill Email Address Pending Payments and Credits Write Off Total Amount of Statement Bill To Address.
Bill History	The portal provides an itemized breakdown of past and present statements. The following is displayed for each bill: Processed date Stmt. Amount Due Amount Paid Difference MRC Taxes & Fees Prorates Credits OTCs Fees Usage. Click on the statement number in Stmt column to view a pdf copy of the customer's bill.
Account Aging	The portal provides account ledger details. It provides at a glance the following: Amount owed in each bucket Deposits Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) Payments Payment restriction PPV/EOD credit limits.
